- Boil the spaghetti in salted water according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

- In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Add the pasta sauce and let it simmer for a few minutes. Remove from heat.

- Layer the Casserole:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).

- Add half of the meat sauce over the creamy layer. Repeat the layers with the remaining spaghetti, creamy mixture, and meat sauce.
- Sprinkle the mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top, then dot with small pieces of butter.
- Bake:
- Cover the dish with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, until the cheese is melted and golden.
