Body
- Round 1: 6 sc in a magic ring (6)
- Round 2: (inc) x6 (12)
- Round 3: (1 sc, inc) x6 (18)
- Round 4: (2 sc, inc) x6 (24)
- Rounds 5-8: 24 sc in each round.
- Round 9: (2 sc, dec) x6 (18)
- Rounds 10-11: 18 sc in each round.
- Round 12: (1 sc, dec) x6 (12)
- Close the round with a sl st, cut the yarn, and hide the end. Stuff the body.
Arms (Make 2)
Use dark pink yarn for the first two rounds.
- Round 1: 7 sc in a magic ring.
- Round 2: 7 sc.
Switch to light pink yarn.
- Rounds 3-7: 7 sc in each round.
- Close with a sl st, cut the yarn leaving a long tail. Stuff lightly.
Legs (Make 2)
Use dark pink yarn for the first two rounds.
- Round 1: 8 sc in a magic ring (8).
- Round 2: 8 sc.
Switch to light pink yarn.
- Rounds 3-4: 8 sc in each round.
- Close with a sl st, cut the yarn leaving a long tail. Stuff lightly.
Tail
- Ch 9: Crochet 2 sc into each ch, starting from the second ch from the hook and continuing until the end of the chain.
- Cut the yarn, leaving a tail for attaching.
Ears (Make 2)
- Round 1: Ch 2, inc in the second ch from the hook, ch 1, turn.
- Round 2: Inc x2, ch 1, turn.
- Round 3: Inc, 2 sc, inc, ch 1, turn.
- Round 4: 6 sc.
- Cut the yarn, leaving a long tail for attaching. Sew the ears onto the head.
Snout (Piglet Nose)
- Round 1: 8 sc in a magic ring (8).
- Round 2: Crochet 8 sc through the back loops only (8).
- Close with a sl st, cut the yarn, leaving a tail for attaching.
Scarf
- Ch 40: Chain 40 stitches.
- Round 2: Starting from the 3rd ch from the hook, crochet dc to the end of the row.
- Fasten off, weave in the ends.
Assembling the Pig
- Attach the head to the body using the yarn tail left for sewing.
- Attach the arms and legs to the body.
- Sew the ears and snout onto the head.
- Attach the tail to the back of the body.
- Optionally, you can add safety eyes to the head or embroider them with yarn.
