Step-by-Step Instructions
1. Cook the Pasta
- Boil a large pot of salted water and cook your chosen pasta until al dente.
- Drain and set aside, reserving a cup of pasta water for the sauce.
2. Cook the Bacon
- In a large skillet, cook bacon over medium heat until crispy.
- Remove and place on a paper towel-lined plate to drain. Crumble once cooled.
3. Brown the Ground Beef
- In the same skillet, cook ground beef until browned and cooked through.
- Season with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Drain excess grease and set aside.
4. Make the Sauce
- In the skillet, add heavy cream, milk, ketchup, and mustard. Stir until combined.
- Gradually add shredded cheese, stirring constantly until melted and smooth.
- If the sauce is too thick, add reserved pasta water, a few tablespoons at a time, to reach the desired consistency.
