Arms (2 Pieces):

Crochet with gray yarn:

  1. 6 sc in KA (6)
  2. (1 sc, inc) * 3 (9)
    3-11. 9 sc (9 rounds)

Fold in half and crochet 4 sc. Leave a long tail for sewing.


Legs (2 Pieces):

Crochet with gray yarn:

  1. 6 sc in KA (6)
  2. 6 inc (12)
    3-7. 12 sc (5 rounds)

On the first leg, cut the yarn and secure it. On the second leg, continue crocheting without cutting the yarn.


Body:

Crochet with blue yarn:

Between the legs, crochet 3 vp:

Change the yarn color to gray:

Rattle Version:

For the rattle version, crochet the head as described for the toy sheep (using the same steps above).


Collar:

Crochet with white yarn:

  1. Start with a foundation chain of 15 vp + 2 vp for turning.
  2. (3 dc in 1 stitch) * 15 (45)
  3. (2 sc in 1 stitch) * 45 (90)

Final Assembly:

  • For the toy sheep: Attach the head, arms, ears, and legs. Optionally, you can embroider facial features using black thread.
  • For the rattle version: Insert the rattle insert into the body and attach the wooden ring. Then assemble the head, arms, and legs.
