Hat Brim:
Use Mint yarn. Turn your gnome upside down so the hat is facing you. The chain 2 does not count as a stitch.
- Round 1: Join yarn in the FLO from round 11, ch 2, 21 hdc, join and ch 2. [21]
- Round 2: (6 hdc, hdc inc) x 3, join and ch 1. [24]
