This pattern will help you crochet a plush hippo with a hook. You can use any plush yarn suitable for amigurumi: Himalaya Dolphin Baby, Wolans Bunny Baby, YarnArt Dolce, or others. The author offers three variations of the hippo:
- A girl with a dress
- A boy in pants
- A hippo without clothes
Crocheted with a 3.5mm hook, the hippo (without the ears) will be approximately 18 cm tall. The yarn consumption is around 40 meters, and the stuffing required is 14 grams.
