This tutorial will guide you through creating a plush puppy using the amigurumi technique. You can use any plush yarn, such as Himalaya Dolphin Baby, YarnArt Dolce, or Nako Panda Baby. Feel free to customize the puppy’s decoration to your liking.

Materials and Tools

  • Plush Yarn: Brown and Gray (Himalaya Dolphin Baby)
  • Embroidery Thread: For the face details
  • Crochet Hook: 4 mm
  • Safety Eyes: 12-14 mm
  • Safety Nose
  • Toy Filling (Stuffing)
  • Joints: 3.5 mm (for attaching limbs)
  • Sewing Needle (for attaching parts)
  • Scissors

  • MR – Magic Ring (Amigurumi Ring)
  • ch – Chain
  • sl st – Slip Stitch
  • sc – Single Crochet

Using contrast color:

    8-17. 18 sc (10 rounds)

Insert joint between rounds 15 and 16.

Arms (Make 2)

Fold the piece and crochet 6 sc through both layers.

Tail

Using contrast color:

    3-5. 9 sc (switch color)
    6-17. 9 sc (12 rounds)

Fold and crochet 4 sc through both layers.
Sew the tail between rounds 9 and 10 of the body.
