Crocheting the Snake’s Head
Main color yarn.
- Make a chain of 6 stitches. In the second chain from the hook, crochet 4 sc, 3 sc in the same stitch, then 3 sc (12 stitches).
- Increase: sc, 3 sc in the next stitch, 3 sc, 2 inc (18 stitches).
- (1 sc, inc) x 3, 3 sc, (1 sc, inc) x 2 (24 stitches).
- Rows 4-5: Crochet 24 sc for 2 rows.
- (2 sc, dec) x 6 (18 stitches).
- 18 sc.
Fasten off and leave a long tail for sewing. Stuff the head.
