Required Materials:

1. One skein of red Himalaya Dolphin yarn

3. Half a skein of milk-colored Himalaya Dolphin yarn
4. 14 mm safety eyes

Start with white yarn:

Change to red yarn:

Insert eyes at rounds 46-47

Distance between eyes: 4-5 stitches

Nose:

1. 5 sc in magic ring
2. 5 sc

Sew close to the eyes.

Face Shaping:

Insert the needle at point 1, pull through at point 2, then from point 2 to point 3, and back to point 1. Repeat several times and then do the same for the other eye.

Arms:

Start with white yarn:

1. 6 sc in magic ring (6)
2. 6 inc (12)
3. (1 sc, inc) x6 (18)
4. Rounds 4-6: 18 sc
5. Bobble stitch (4 dc in one stitch with a common top), 17 sc (18). For the other arm, start with 17 sc, then the bobble stitch.
6. Round 8: 18 sc

Change to red yarn:

10. 15 sc in back loops only (later crochet around the remaining loops)

Stuff only the palm. Fold in half and crochet 7 sc through both layers. Sew close to the head.

Belt:

Using black yarn:

Chain 25 and sew in a square shape onto the yellow stripe.

Pom-pom for Hat:

Stuff the pom-pom.

Beard:

Cut the yarn into equal lengths and attach two strands per stitch, creating the beard. Trim the beard as desired, leaving the front slightly longer for a fuller effect.
