HAT:

Make enough chains to fit the circumference of your penguin’s head, and work in rows for 14 rows, always chaining 1 at the beginning of each row. I worked with single crochet, only taking the back loop, and you can add a small elastic band if desired.

SCARF:

Worked in Tunisian stitch, alternating two colors using Cashmilon yarn. I created an infinity scarf.

FEET (Orange color)

Do not stuff.

  1. 6 SC in a magic ring
  2. 6 INC (12)
  3. (1 SC, 1 INC) (18)
  4. 4-6) 1 SC in each SC

  7. (3 SC, 1 INC)
  8. 1 SC in each SC
  9. Flatten and join both parts. Chain 2, make 4 double crochets, 1 slip stitch, repeat 3 times.

ASSEMBLY:

  1. Sew the hood to the head.
  2. Attach the wings to the sides of the body.
  3. Sew the feet to the base of the body.
  4. Attach the hat on top of the head and, if desired, secure it in place with a few stitches.
  5. Place the scarf around the neck and adjust it to your liking.

EYES (using embroidery thread):

  1. Choose black or brown embroidery thread and embroider the eyes using satin stitch or French knots.
  2. Position the eyes at the desired location on the face, ensuring symmetry and proper placement.

BEAK (using orange yarn):

  1. Embroider the beak with a few stitches at the center of the face, below the eyes.

FINISHING TOUCHES:

  1. Weave in all loose ends.
  2. Adjust the stuffing if necessary to make the shape more defined.
  3. Gently brush the yarn if you want a softer look for the scarf and hat.
  4. Take a photo of your creation and share it on social media, mentioning the pattern creator if applicable!
