Materials

• Yarn: Yarnart Jeans (26, 28, 62, 69, 72)
• Hook: size 2.5 mm
• Safety eyes: 1st eye size 10 mm, 2nd size 16 mm
• Scissors
• Tapestry needle
• Fiberfill
• Frankie is about 20 cm tall.

Head

1. Start with black yarn

   9. 10: 42sc - change the colors - 1 sc with green yarn and 1 sc with black yarn to the end of the row. Cut the black yarn and continue with green only

   20. Stuff the head
   21. Insert first (bigger) safety eye between 18th and 19th row. Eyes will be 10 gaps apart. Mark the position of the 2nd eye with a pin. Do not insert the 2nd (smaller) safety eye but embroider these red stitches through the gap for the 2nd safety eye first. Now insert the second safety eye.

Ears

1. Crochet with green yarn
   1. 16 - 18: 10sc (3 rows)
   2. Finish with slip stitch and leave a longer thread for sewing to the head later
   3. Do not stuff the ears
   4. Sew the ears to the head. One ear is sewn on the 3rd to 7th row and the 2nd ear is sewn on the 6th to 10th row of the head.
   5. Embroider the white accent around the eyes.
   6. Embroider the nose with black and purple yarn.
   7. Embroider the eyebrows with black yarn and the purple part of the ears.

Shoes and Legs (crochet 2 times)

1. Start with black yarn

4. 23 - 25: 42sc (3 rows) - change the color in the last stitch
5. 26: 42sc - change the colors to the end of the row as on the head - 1sc with purple yarn and 1sc with green yarn. Cut the green yarn and continue with purple yarn only

Assembly

• Sew on the head to the body.
• Sew on the hands to the 3rd row from the end of the body.
• Embroider details on the body and head.

Modelling the Face

Stick the needle through the bottom of the head and come out directly at the inner lower corner of the eye. Now insert the needle one stitch higher and come out at the 2nd eye. Pull out the needle and stick it through the top of the head to the inner lower corner of the eye and come out at the lower opening of the head. Pull out the needle and stick it to the next stitch, come out at the 1st eye and repeat all steps of modelling face one more time.
