Sleeping Puppy and Kitten Amigurumi


 

Materials:

  • Yarn (I used fluffy yarn and 4 mm chenille yarn).
  • Grey (fluffy) – main body color for the kitten
  • White (fluffy) – muzzle and ears for the kitten
  • Brown (fluffy) – ears and tail for the puppy
  • Slate blue and dark brown (chenille) – outer color for the bed
  • Peach (chenille) – inner color for the bed
  • 4 mm crochet hook
  • Black and pink cotton/acrylic yarn for facial details
  • Stitch marker, scissors, stuffing
  • Needle for sewing

    • Lightly stuff while sewing.
  3. Sew the tail to the body.

    • Between R22-23
  4. Sew and stuff the muzzle onto the head.

    • The top should reach R10 and cover 7.5 rounds.
  5. Embroider the eyes and the nose on the head.

    • Eyes: Between R8-9, with a 5-6 st interval.
    • Nose: The top should reach R2 of the muzzle.
  6. Sew the ears.

    • Kitten: The tip of the ear should reach R4, and span 4 rounds down to R8.
    • Puppy: The top of the ear should reach R7.
  7. Sew the head to the body.

    • The head is not centered on the body.
