Abbreviations:

"BODY"
We will crochet using the main color yarn.
- 6 sc in KA
- 6 inc = 12
- (1 sc, inc) ×6 = 18
- (2 sc, inc) ×6 = 24
- (3 sc, inc) ×6 = 30
- (4 sc, inc) ×6 = 36
- (5 sc, inc) ×6 = 42
- 42 sc
- 48 sc (from previous round)
- 10-14. 48 sc
Cut the yarn and secure.
"BOTTOM"
Using black yarn.
- 6 sc in KA
- 6 inc = 12
- (1 sc, inc) ×6 = 18
- (2 sc, inc) ×6 = 24
- (3 sc, inc) ×6 = 30
- (4 sc, inc) ×6 = 36
- (5 sc, inc) ×6 = 42
- (6 sc, inc) ×6 = 48
Using the same yarn (do not cut), attach the "bottom" to the main piece "stitch by stitch," gradually filling the piece with holofiber. Cut the yarn and secure.
"FACE"
- 6 ch
- From the 2nd chain from the hook, make 4 sc, 3 sc in one stitch, 4 sc on the opposite side of the chain, 1 inc = 13
- 1 inc, 3 sc, 1 inc, 2 sc, 1 inc, 3 sc, 1 inc, 1 sc = 17
- 1 sc, 1 inc, 15 sc
- 5-6. 18 sc
Using the same yarn, sew the face onto the body.
"SPOTS" (6 pieces)
- 6 sc in KA, sl st.
Leave tails for sewing and attach the spots to the body. Stitch a chain with black thread in the center of the ladybug's back. Use white "iris" thread to make the eyes with a French knot.
The ladybug is ready!
