Materials:

  • Yarn (55% cotton, 45% acrylic) 50g/160m. YarnArt Jeans:
  • Black and yellow colors.
  • Crochet hook 2mm.
  • Cardboard.
  • Sewing needle.
  • Scissors.
  • Hollow fiber stuffing.

Abbreviations:

  • MR - magic ring
  • ch - chain stitch
  • sc - single crochet
  • inc - increase single crochet
  • dec - decrease single crochet
  • bl - back loop
  • fl - front loop
  • sl st - slip stitch

Bottom part:

Using black yarn:

  1. 6 sc in MR
  2. 6 inc (12)
  3. (1 sc, inc) *6 (18)
  4. (1 sc, inc, 1 sc) *6 (24)
  5. (3 sc, inc) *6 (30)
  6. (2 sc, inc, 2 sc) *6 (36)
  7. (5 sc, inc) *6 (42)
  8. (3 sc, inc, 3 sc) *6 (48)

Fasten off. Cut a circle of cardboard to match the diameter of the bottom part.

Top part:

Using black yarn:

  1. Chain 25 (leave a 20cm tail), start from the 2nd chain from the hook.

Switch to yellow yarn (do not cut black yarn).

  1. Work 56 sc in back loops only

Return to the top part of the lamp and continue in front loops of the 1st row of the lamp (56):

Fasten off black yarn and weave in the ends.

Continue working on the lamp:

Join the bottom part with the right side facing out, stuff the lamp, insert the cardboard, and crochet both parts together with 54 sc. Fasten off and weave in the ends.

Finishing:

Take a long piece of black yarn, thread it through a needle, and stitch:

  • The four edges of the lamp,
  • As well as cross stitches between the edges.

Create a loop with the 25 chains at the start of the top part of the lamp using a needle.
