Joining the Legs and Body

Stuff the legs.

Joining the Back of the Body
Now let’s work on the back part of the donkey
- Attach the "Chiselled" color yarn in the first stitch after the 6 chains, make 24 sc, and 6 sc over the chains [30]

- (2 sc, 1 dec) 2 times, 1 sc, chain 11, return with 10 sl st in the chain, 1 sc in the body, 1 sl st, (2 sc, 1 dec) 3 times [18]
- (1 sc, 1 dec) 6 times [12]
Finish and close with an inverted magic ring.
Final Touches
Embroider the eyelids, the shine in the eyes, and the eyebrows.
Embroider the nostrils between rows 4 and 5, centered with respect to the eyes, with 3 sc distance between them.
Embroider the eyebrows between rows 13 and 14.
Begin attaching the mane on row 18 of the head, using 4 strands of yarn for 5 rows. Place some yarn strands at the tip of the tail.
Reins (color "Rum")
Chain 36, attach with 1 sl st to the first chain, ensuring the chains are not twisted. Make 42 more chains, and secure on the other side with 1 sl st. Fit the reins onto the donkey’s head and either sew or glue them into place.
