Insert the eyes between rows 11 and 12. You can use 10 or 12 mm eyes. I used 12 mm ones. Place the eyes 3 sc away from the outermost cheek increases, with 7-8 sc between the eyes. Firmly stuff the head.
- (3 sc, dec) * 6 (24)
- (2 sc, dec) * 6 (18), sl st.
Face Shaping:
The shaping is done at marked points. The first point (T1) is located between rows 21 and 22, slightly to the left of the middle of the face (center between the eyes). T4 is 1 sc away from T1. T2, 3, 5, and 6 are placed under the eyes, on both the inner and outer sides, between rows 12 and 13. The shaping sequence is: T1-T2 (left eye, outer side), -T3 (inner side of the left eye), then T1-T4-T5 (outer side of the right eye)-T6 (inner side of the right eye)-T4. Secure with a knot and hide the yarn tail inside the head. Pull the working yarn through the head opening and secure it. Repeat the shaping without pulling through T1 and T4 again. Only go through points 2, 3, 5, and 6. Secure the thread, then embroider the eyebrows and nose. Then crochet and attach the ears between rows 4 and 5 of the head.
