Body (Yellow)
The body is a rectangular 3D shape made of two flat rectangles that are joined together.
- Front and Back Panel:
- With yellow yarn, ch 21.
- Row 1: sc in 2nd ch from hook and in each ch across (20 sc). Turn.
- Rows 2-26: Ch 1, sc in each st across (20 sc). Turn.
- FO and weave in ends.
- Repeat this to create the back panel.
- Side Panels:
- With yellow yarn, ch 13.
- Row 1: sc in 2nd ch from hook and in each ch across (12 sc). Turn.
- Rows 2-26: Ch 1, sc in each st across (12 sc). Turn.
- FO and weave in ends.
- Make two of these side panels for the left and right sides of the body.
- Top and Bottom Panels:
- With yellow yarn, ch 21.

- Assembling the Body:
- Sew the front, back, and side panels together using whip stitch.
- Attach the top panel but leave one edge open for stuffing.
- Stuff the body firmly with polyfill.
- Sew the remaining edge closed.
Legs (2x)
- Shoes (Black):
- With black yarn, MR, 6 sc into ring (6 sts).
- Rnd 1: inc in each st around (12 sts).
- Rnd 2: (sc in next st, inc) around (18 sts).
- Rnds 3-4: sc in each st around (18 sts).
- Rnd 5: (sc in next 2 sts, dec) around (12 sts).
- Change to white yarn for socks.
- Rnds 6-10: sc in each st around (12 sts).
- FO, leaving a long tail for sewing. Stuff lightly.
- Legs (White and Yellow):
- Join white yarn at the top of the shoe.
- Rnds 1-5: sc in each st around (12 sts).
- Change to yellow yarn for the leg.

- FO, leaving a long tail for sewing. Lightly stuff and sew the legs to the bottom of the body.
Arms (2x)

- Blue Pupil:

- Sew the blue circle onto the white eye.
- Finishing the Eyes:
- Attach safety eyes through the middle of the white and blue circles.

Pants (Brown)

- Assembling Pants:

Tie (Red)
- With red yarn, ch 6.
- Row 1: sc in 2nd ch from hook and in each st across (5 sc). Turn.
- Rows 2-3: Ch 1, sc in each st across (5 sc). Turn.
- FO and weave in ends.
- Attach the tie to the middle of the shirt area.
Mouth and Cheeks
- Mouth:
- Use black embroidery thread or yarn to stitch a simple smile under the eyes.
- Cheeks:
- With pink yarn, add two small blush circles below the eyes using surface crochet or simple stitching.
Finishing Details
- Embroider small black lines for the eyelashes above the eyes.
- Add a few small black stitches around the body to represent sponge holes.
