Cinnabon Cinnamon Roll Cake

  • 3 tablespoons of flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon of baking powder
  • 3/4 cup of sugar
  • 4 teaspoons of baking powder
  • 1.5 cups of milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 teaspoons of vanilla
  • 4 teaspoons of melted butter
  • 2 sticks of softened unsalted butter, or 1 cup
  • 1/3 cup of brown sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
  • 1/3 cup of nuts (walnuts, pecans, or any kind you choose)

Finishing Coat:

  • 2 cups of powdered sweetener
  • A few tablespoons of milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon of vanilla

  1. Ready your oven for baking at 350°F (175°C). Coat a 9×13 inch baking pan lightly with cooking spray or oil.
  2. Whisk together the baking powder, sugar, salt, and flour in a large basin.
  3. To make the batter, combine the dry ingredients with the wet components (milk, eggs, and vanilla).
  4. Pour the ingredients into the pan after gently incorporating the butter.
  5. Mix the filling ingredients—softened butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, and nuts—in a bowl.
  6. Spoon the filling mixture evenly over the cake batter.
  7. Incorporate swirls and marbled designs into the batter using a knife.
  8. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes in a preheated oven until a toothpick inserted into the middle of the cake comes out almost clean.
  9. While the cake is in the oven, make the glaze by combining the milk, sugar, and vanilla extract. Whisk until creamy.
  10. While the cake is still warm, pour the glaze over it after taking it out of the oven.
  11. Before cutting into the cake, give it a little time to cool. Serve warm or at room temperature, according to your preference.
